Table of Contents
The Revenue dropdown menu contains all the tools for managing revenue in MC Trade, including tools for managing invoices, facilitating payments, and tracking transactions.
Select Invoices
The Select Invoices tool is used for searching and retrieving data from the list of all invoices recorded in the database. When using the Selector, define the criteria using one or more search fields to bring up a list of invoices.
There are various search fields available using the tabs on the left side, based on invoice info, aging, revenue item, or payment info. There is also an option to use the search bar at the top for a quick search. Type in the invoice number or profile name for faster access.

Pricing Calculations
If membership dues or other recurring revenue is based on a variable pricing structure, an automated Pricing Calculation can be set up to use a formula to set billing amounts if a custom field is created.
This calculation can be based on the number of full-time employees an organisation has, annual gross revenue, and many other options. Relevant revenue items must be set up before using Pricing Calculations.

Generate Invoices
Whether invoices are created and sent for recurring revenue (such as dues), once a year, every month, or more, the Generate Invoices tool is used to select and generate the billings and create all invoices in one simple batch.
The generated invoices will appear on the member's profile, and they can be managed like any other invoice.

Apply Payments
Selecting the Apply Payments option in the Revenue dropdown menu will open a new Apply Payments window in MC Trade to search for the profile or invoice to be paid.
Payments must be applied to an existing invoice. If the invoice does not exist, it must be created first. If a single payment is being applied to multiple invoices, it is recommended to start from the Profile Transactions screen.

Credit Card Activity
In addition to credit card transaction reports and payment reports, all attempted credit card transactions made through any of your gateways can be viewed here.
Once the Credit Card Activity page is open and the dates and credit card gateway filters have been filled, all attempted transactions for that gateway during the selected date range will be displayed. Select transactions to review them in more detail.

Ecommerce Transactions
Ecommerce Transactions provides a back office transactional view of all the purchases made in the Online Store. Run a search based on filters such as Revenue Items, Item Type, and Order Date to look for a specific transaction, view invoices of transactions, and export results to an excel file.

Pledge Campaigns
The Pledge Campaign module is used to create a campaign. For example, a targeted fundraising campaign, annual investments campaign, or a capital campaign. It will include a goal amount of funding to be reached within a specific period of time.
Within the campaign, pledges to track donations made by specific profiles can be added. Definable pledge levels are also an option to help organize the list of pledges.

Post Transactions
Posting transactions is an important step in managing revenue in MC Trade. It has two functions:
- To secure invoices, payments and adjustments so that they cannot be edited or deleted after they've been reconciled.
- To package transactions into summary Journal Entries for financial reporting, and to sync to any external accounting software (QuickBooks Online is the only integration option in the browser at this time).

Posted Batches
Once any set of line items, payments, and adjustments have been posted to a Posting Batch, search for and export those transactions here.
Choose whether to export Detailed Transactions (which returns a row for each separate debit and credit) or Journal Entries (which returns a row for each journal entry made to each account).
Journal entry searches are only available for posting batches completed in the browser and will not return data for Desktop integration posting batches.
Export the results of the search by following the export options available in the Posted Batches section.
