The Grid
After adding one or more search fields and then selecting Run This Search, the profiles will appear in a grid at the bottom of the screen.
From there, profiles can be accessed by selecting their name, the grid can be customized to optimize results, or actions can be performed on the entire list or selected profiles.
Accessing a Profile
Beside each profile is an Edit button that will open the Profile Edit screen. This will open a page to view and edit the profile's information, such as address, membership level, listing information, and more.
Selecting the profile name will open the Profile View screen. This will open a page to view the profile, and to add or edit invoices, related profiles, benefits, or tasks.
Customizing the Grid
At the top of the grid, several column names include a set of arrows. Select them to sort that column in ascending or descending order.
Each column is based on a field of information in MC Trade. Above the grid (on the right) is a Manage Columns button. Select it to add, remove, or re-order the columns. For more information, please read about Changing the Profile Selector Columns.
Resetting the Grid
There is also an option above the grid (on the right) to Clear Search. This will reset the grid and remove all search fields that were added to the profile selector.
Performing Global Actions
Above the grid (on the left) is an Actions button that includes options to make bulk updates to selected profiles.
The following options are available to apply either to selected profiles on the grid, or to the grid as a whole:
- Remove selected: If there are profiles in the grid that need to be removed, select the profiles and choose this option. This does not delete the profile, it just removes it from the grid of results.
- Export to CSV: This option will export ALL profiles in the grid with select information (Profile ID, Org Indication, Profile Name, Related Organization, Main Email, Membership Level, and Member T/F) to a CSV file that can be viewed in Microsoft Excel or similar applications.
This option will not work with a Popup Blocker. Please add app.atlasams.com to the Blocker exception list.
- Export All System Columns: This option will export ALL profiles in the grid with ALL possible column information to a CSV file that can be viewed in Microsoft Excel or similar applications.

- Email Profiles in Search Results: This option opens the Send Email page with all profiles from the grid loaded into the recipient section. Unwanted profiles can be selected and removed in this new grid using the Actions tab above the grid.
- Generate One-Time Invoice for Selected Profiles: This option will create a one-time invoice for all selected profiles. Click Here for more information on generating invoices.
- Add Affiliations to Selected Profiles: This option opens a window to select one Affiliation Code to be added to the selected profiles.
For members, Affiliation Codes can be automatically assigned via Membership Level.
- Remove Affiliations from Selected Profiles: This option opens a window to select one Affiliation Code to be unassigned from the selected profiles.
- Assign Selected Members to Membership Level: This option opens a window to select a Membership Level to be assigned to all selected profiles.
- Create Member Activity: This option opens a window to select one Activity Type and the activity date to be applied to all selected profiles.
- Assign User to Selected Profiles: This option opens a window to select one user to assign to the selected profiles. This is defining the Assigned To user in the General Information of Profile Edit.
- Set Profile Status on Selected Profiles: This option opens a window to select a Profile Status to apply to all selected profiles.
- Set Selected Profiles as Prospects: This option will turn all selected non-member profiles into Prospects. This will not impact profiles that are currently Members.
- Create Contact Record for Selected Profiles: This option will open a window to create a new Contact Record for the selected profiles.
- Create Task for Selected Profiles: This option opens a Task Creation window to create a new task assigned to the selected profiles.
- Create Referral for Selected Profiles: This option opens a window to add a new Referral to the selected profiles.
These changes may not immediately appear on the profile after the action has been run, it may take a few minutes for all changes to be applied.
