The Profile View Page
After using the Quick Search or the Profile Selector to find a profile, click on the name of the profile to open the Profile View page.

This page outlines a variety of information tied to the selected profile:
A. Name of the selected profile.
B. Above the profile name are three potential options:
- Add as a Member: If the selected profile is not a member, it will have the "Add as a Member" option. Select this to assign a membership to the profile.
- Drop Member: If the selected profile is a member, it will have the "Drop Member" option. Dropping a member will remove the assigned membership from the profile.
- Edit Profile: This will send you to the Profile Edit page.
A dropped member or a non-member will have, by default, a gray icon.
C. In the upper right is a New Profile button to add a new profile.
D. Many of these panels have links in the top right corner. If a panel includes a Manage All link, select it to see an expanded panel list with more information and options.
Below is a quick summary of the panels shown:
- Profile Information: General information about the profile and membership.
- Affiliations: Affiliation codes that tag this profile
- Referral Report: A breakdown of referrals to this member for the past year.
- Events: A list of events this profile has registered for.
- Profile History: When the profile was created or updated.
- Committees: The committee(s) that this profile had joined.
- Web Content: Any web content that was created on this profile.
- Revenue: The total amount invoiced, with a breakdown of dues and non-dues, a list of recurring billing information, and open invoice totals sorted by date.
- Primary Relationships: A list of related profiles with the main contact and billing contact sorted to the top.
- Custom Fields: Customizable fields to store more information about the profile.
- Member Activity: Logged member activity, such as when a profile joins or drops.
- Recent Contacts: Contact records added in the last 90 days. This includes emails, if those emails had the option enabled to "create contact records on profile."
- Sales Opportunities: Sales opportunities that were added for tracking membership leads, sponsorship opportunities, and other potential sales of products and services.
- Benefits: Active benefits with their total value and the amount used.
- Certifications: Certifications with certification/expiration/renewal dates, and required CEUs, if any.
- CEUs: Continuing Education Units with the number of credits, source, and expiration date.
- Tasks: Tasks that were added to the selected profile, including their due date, assigned user, and whether or not they have been completed.
Breakdown of Panels
Profile Information
The first panel includes general information about the profile and membership.

Profile name and primary listing category.
- The profile name (report name) can be changed from the Profile Edit page (General Information).
- The primary listing category can be changed from the Profile Edit page (Listings).

Membership level and member since date.
- If a profile drops their membership, the Member Since will still display the date that they had previously joined. If a profile rejoins, the Member Since will reflect the original join date.
- Both of these can be changed from the Profile Edit page (Membership).

Profile ID and profile status.
- The profile status can be changed from the Profile Edit page (General Information).

Address, email address, and phone numbers.
- All of this can be changed from the Profile Edit page (General Information).

Social media links and website.
- The social media links can be changed from the Profile Edit page (Social Media).
- The website can be changed from the Profile Edit page (General Information).
- Number of full-time employees and number of part-time employees.
- Both of these can be changed from the Profile Edit page (General Information).

Sold By user and Assigned To user.
- Both of these can be changed from the Profile Edit page (General Information).

Engagement Metrics opens an Engagement Report for this profile. This report includes:
- Revenue items and amounts for the past 12 months.
- Breakdown of open invoices.
- Number of referrals for the past year.
- Breakdown of benefits with the balance of value.
- Committee involvement.
Affiliations
Below the Profile Information panel is the Affiliations panel.
This shows all the affiliation codes tagging this profile. The list is broken down by affiliation types, with the affiliation codes underneath each type.
These can be changed from the Edit Profile page (Affiliation Codes). These codes come from the master list of affiliation types and affiliation codes, which can be managed under the Admin menu > Manage Codes > Profile Codes > Affiliations/Affiliation Types.
Referral Report
The Referral Report panel includes a pie chart that shows all referrals for the past 12 months.
Each slice represents a referral type as indicated by the color key on the right. Select View Value Report to open the Value Report for this profile.
Events
The Events panel shows a list of events for which this profile has registered. It includes the start date and name of each event.
This list will reflect all registrations, whether they are in the past or the future, and whether this profile was marked as having attended or not.

Profile History
The Profile History panel shows when this profile was created and when it was updated.
Committees
The Committees panel shows the committees on which this profile has served or is currently serving, and below is the date when this profile started with that committee.
If the committee member's seat expired, then the expiration date will appear to the right.
If there are related profiles that are representing this profile on the committee, their names will appear underneath the committee name.

Web Content
The Web Content panel shows a list of assets that were uploaded directly to this profile.
For example, images and documents.
Next to each asset is a link to Copy URL to access or share that asset.
In the top right corner, there is a Manage All button to manage web content at the profile level. After selecting Manage All, scroll up to find the New Web Content option.

Revenue
The Revenue panel shows the total lifetime invoiced amount for this profile, with a breakdown of dues and non-dues. Beside these totals, there is a pie chart to illustrate the breakdown.
If all the totals equal $0.00, then this profile has not been invoiced yet.
In the top right corner, there are two links:
- Create invoice: Used to create an invoice for the selected profile.

View Transactions: This is used for the following:
- View this profile's invoices for a specified date range.
- Print this profile's invoices.
- Email selected invoices from the list.
- Select an invoice number to edit the invoice.
- Apply a payment.
- View unapplied payments
Whether an invoice is classified as dues, non-dues, or a combination will depend on the revenue item that was selected for each line item of the invoice.
Recurring Billings will show a list of billing records with the revenue item name, the anchor month, the interval (e.g., Every 12 Months), and the amount on the right.
On the right side of the panel is an Aging Summary showing the outstanding amount total (Current) and below that, a breakdown of that total by aging period (e.g., 30 days past due).
Primary Relationships
The Primary Relationships panel shows a list of related profiles.
Related profiles will only appear in this view if they have a "primary relationship" (a distinction made when setting up the relationship types). An example of a primary relationship is an "Employee," and a non-primary relationship is a "Former Employee."
In the top right corner, there are three links:
- Relate an Existing Profile: Enter the name or ID of an existing profile, select it as a related profile, then place a check next to its function(s). For example, the Billing Contact. There is also a drop-down list to choose a relationship type.

Relate a New Profile: Create a new profile to be selected as a related profile, and place a check next to its function(s). There is also a drop-down list to choose a relationship type.
The system will show an alert if there is a potential duplicate and allow it to be selected instead.
- Manage All: Select Manage All to view a complete list or to edit the relationships.
The main contact and billing contact, if defined, will appear at the top. This is indicated in the bottom right corner of the related profile.
All related individuals will be sorted before related organizations. If there are more than 10 related profiles, the list will be numbered by page, with an option at the bottom to move between pages.

Custom Fields
The Custom Fields panel shows custom fields that have been defined on this profile.
Custom Fields are used to track more information on the profile. In addition to tracking, Custom Fields can be used when searching for profiles in the Profile Selector.
For example, creating a custom field called "Vendor" could be used in the Profile Selector by adding a search field for the "Vendor" custom field, and choosing Yes for the value.
If Yes is not selected, "No" would be implied by leaving it undefined/not visible.

Member Activity
The Member Activity panel shows the date when a member joined or dropped, and other manually entered member activity records.
Recent Contacts
The Recent Contacts panel shows contact records that were added to this profile with a contact date within 90 days. Select Manage All to look at contacts beyond that range.
This screen shows the individual or organization that was contacted, the date of the contact, the subject, a short description, the contact type, and the user who initiated the contact.
In the top right corner, there are two links:
- Add a Contact: This is to add a contact record.
- Manage All: This shows the full contact history with more options (editing and deleting records).

Sales Opportunities
The Sales Opportunities panel shows all sales opportunities that were added to this profile.
The top right corner has an option to Add a Sales Opportunity and, to the right of each opportunity, an option to Edit. For more information, click here. There is also an option to Delete.
Be careful: deleting this cannot be undone.
Each sales opportunity includes:
- Revenue item
- Start date
- Estimated amount
- Estimated close date
- Sales probability of Low, Medium, or High
- Assigned to user (the profile that, on behalf of the selected profile, was assigned this opportunity)
- Working with user (the profile to whom the Assigned to user is working).
There is an option to mark an opportunity as closed or lost by selecting Edit.
If an opportunity is closed or lost, then it will show CLOSED or LOST with the date and reason.
Benefits
The Benefits panel shows all active benefits that are assigned to this profile.
The Manage All button in the top right corner is used to add a new benefit to this profile, edit or delete, and mass renew all benefits for this profile.

The benefits will be listed in alphabetical order.
On the left side, each benefit will include the name, quantity used, and quantity available. On the right side is the value used and the value available.
When a profile uses a benefit, it should be flagged as used, so the Benefits panel reflects that usage.
Certifications/CEUs
The Certifications/CEUs panel shows all certifications and CEUs that were added to this profile.
Add a certification by selecting Add a Certification in the top right corner.
- Each certification includes the name, certification date, date renewed, and expiration date.

Add a CEU by selecting Add a CEU below.
- Each CEU includes the type, number of credits (CEUs), the source, the date, and the expiration.
- For more information on creating CEUs, click here.
Next to each certification or CEU are options to Edit and Delete.
Be careful: deleting this cannot be undone.
Tasks
The Tasks panel shows all tasks that were added to this profile.
In the top right corner, there are two links:
- Add a Task: Add a single task to this profile.
- Generate Tasks: Generate a batch of project template tasks for this profile. There will be a prompt to choose a project type and start date.
For example, create a project type called "Fundraiser," then create a list of project template tasks (see below), and set each task to the "Fundraiser" project type. When this project is assigned to a profile, all of the affiliated tasks will be assigned to the profile as well.
