The Member Reports section provides various reports related to member profiles, such as directory listing summaries, member annual billing, or member join summary. There are categories for engagement reports and benefits management reports.

Engagement Reports:
- Event Participation: This report summarizes event sign-up and engagement based on a specified date range.
- Contact Record Engagement: This report summarizes how often a contact record has been created on a specified profile.
- Non-Dues Revenue Engagement: This report lists profiles with open invoices and displays how much each profile has been charged, how much they have paid, and their annual dues based on a specified time period.
- Referral Rate Engagement: This report summarizes all referrals from member profiles, including profile name and ID, number of referrals, and annual dues, based on a specified date range.
- Committee Participation: This report summarizes the all active committee members connected to member profiles.
- Executive Dashboard Summary: This report offers a summary of various information such as active member count, past due invoices, membership level count, as well as a summary of the top 5 (or whatever number is previously designated) members of that year.
- Listings By Category: This report shows a list of profiles for each listing category and sub-category.
- Listings By Member (Tabular): This report shows all directory listings sorted by member.
- Listings By Member Print Only (Tabular): This report shows all directory listings marked as Print Only, sorted by member.
- Listings By Member Web Only (Tabular): This report shows all directory listings marked as Web Only, sorted by member.
- Listings Set to Expire: This reports offers a summary of listings that will expire soon, or have already expired.
- New Members: This report shows a list of member names that joined within a specified date range, grouped by membership level, and sorted by the member since date (join date). It can show members across all membership levels or specific membership levels and can also include members without a membership level.
- New Members Letters: This report creates a letter to welcome new members to your database.
- Member Annual Billings: This report summarizes active annual billings, sorted by member, based on a specified timeframe.
- Member Counts as of Specified Date: This report shows a breakdown of member profiles that were added and a breakdown of member profiles that were dropped within a date range that you specify.
- Member Anniversary Dates By Month: This report shows all members with a join anniversary in the month that you specify.
- Members Joined: This report shows members that joined a) within the date range specified and b) who are under a specific membership levels. It can include members that joined, but do not have a membership level.
- Members Dropped: This report shows members that dropped a) within the date range specified and b) who dropped from specific membership levels. It can include members that dropped, but did not have a membership level.
- Members Renewed: This report shows members that paid their renewal a) within the date range specified and b) who are under a specific membership levels. It can include renewals that do not have a membership level.
- Member Activity: This report shows a breakdown of all member activity within a date range that you specify.
- Member Retention: This report summarizes member retention into two sections: member activity and dues invoices, and provides data on new members, dropped members, new investments, lost investments, and more.
- Member Segmentation: This report provides a percentage and total number of profiles based on a defined segment of data. There are several possible segmentations, such as number of full employees,
- Member Lifetime Value:
- Members and Main Profiles: This report shows each member profile name, ID, and contact information, and the name, contact information, and status of the related profile that is the member's main contact.
- Members And All Profiles Who Receive Communication: This report lists all member and non-member profiles that are set to receive communications, and includes their profile and contact details.
- Member Prospect Letter: This report creates a letter to welcome prospects to your database.
- Members With Number of Employees: This report summarizes all member profiles and provides their number of full-time and part-time employees.
- Member Information Update Form: This report provides a form with the chosen member's contact information on the left side of the form and a place to write down any corrections on the right side of the form.
- Categories and Keyword: This report lists all categories and their associated keywords.
- Referrals by Date: This report summarizes a specified profile's referral history based on date.
- Referrals by Type: This report summarizes a specified profile's referral history based on type.
- Directory Export: This report provides an export of all directory information, including all members and their contact information.
- Member Dues Percentages by Number of Employees: This report provides a graph representing the percentage of member dues by number of employees.
- Members Not Signing Up for Events: This report lists all member profiles that have not signed up for events within a specified date range.
- Join Form Member Export: This report provides a summary of members that joined using the online join form.
- Membership Directory: This report shows members that have a listing for the member directory.
