This section of Reports provides many reports for the Web Directory, Referrals, Events, and Communication, as well as a Web Input Results report.
Web Directory:
- Listing By Category: This report shows all active listings in your directory, organised by category.
- Listings By Member: This report shows all active listings in your directory, organised by member.
- Members And Main Profile: This report shows all members listed in the directory.
- Members And All Profile Set To receive Communication: This report summarizes all individual profiles that receive communications for a parent organization profile, and includes their profile and contact information.
- Categories And Keywords: This report shows all categories and sub-categories, and shows all keywords associated with those categories.
- Successful Searches: This report shows all successful searches made in the member portal.
- Unsuccessful Searches: This report shows unsuccessful searches in member portal.
- Top N Keywords: This report shows top keywords used in directory, based on the value and date entered.
Referrals:
- Executive Summary Report: This report summarizes the referrals received from the directory on your website, based on a specified time period.
- Referrals By Date: This report summarizes all referrals according to the referring profile, arranged by date, according to a specified date range.
- Top Categories: This report displays the top member categories by listing displayed referrals, and includes the average references per member within each category, according to a specified date range.
- Top Referrals By Type: This report creates a bar chart displaying the top referrals by type.
- Top N Keywords: This report shows all referrals that came from directory based on keywords searched.
- Top 150 Members Displayed: This report collects the top 150 members based on how many referrals were made, based on a specified date range.
- Top 150 Members "Clicked On": This report shows the top 150 members that received referrals based on ads clicked.
- Top 150 Members Emailed: This report shows the top 150 members that received referrals based on email links clicked.
- Top 150 Members Mapped: This report shows the top 150 members that received referrals based on the Google Maps key in the directory.
- Top 150 Members Front Desk: This report shows the top 150 members that received referrals in every directory category.
- Successful Searches by Date: This report summarizes all successful searches that lead to referrals, sorted by date.
- Members Only Logins: This report summarizes member profile login history, and provides the profile name and ID, the number of times they have logged in, and their first and last login date and time.
Events:
- Event Attendees: This report summarizes events and their attendees based on a specified date range.
- Name Badges: This report creates name badges for a specified event.
- Event Sign Up Information: This report summarizes the sign-up and attendance data for a specified event, including the number of people that signed up vs the number of actual attendees.
- Events Displayed: This report shows all events displayed on the directory's calendar.
- Invoices By Event ID: This report shows all invoices associated with a specified event ID.
Communication:
- Affiliation Types: This report shows all affiliation codes, grouped by type, and shows how many profiles are assigned to each code.
- Survey Results: This report shows all results for a specified survey.
- Survey Responses (By Profile): This report shows all survey responses sorted by profile.
- Web Input Results: This report shows survey form questions and all answers for the associated question.
