This report shows a breakdown of all member activity within a date range that you specify.
Running the Report
- Click on the Reports menu and Run a Report.
- Click to expand the Member Reports.
- Click on Member Activity.
This will open a window where you define parameters for the report.
After you click OK to run the report, you can refresh the report page at any time to go back to the parameters window, and make changes.
At the top of the report, be sure to look at the paging controls (see screenshot below). If the button on the right (next page) is available then there is more data.
After you define these parameters, scroll to the bottom, and click OK to go into the report.
Enter Beginning of Date Range and Enter End of Date Range: This date range determines what period of time should be reflected in the report. Profiles for each member activity will appear if the Activity Date falls within this date range.
Breakdown of Report
This report is based on your Member Activity Codes.
When you create a Member Activity Code, you indicate if it is an Add Code, Drop Code, or Change Code.
- Out of Business
This report has two sections
- Adds: Member activity that is under an Add Code will appear in this section.
- Drops: Member activity that is under a Drop Code will appear in this section.
On the left side, you can click Adds to jump to the beginning of the Adds section, or Drops to jump to the beginning of the Drops section. This is particularly useful if, for example, your Adds section spans several pages, and you are trying to find the Drops section.
In each section of the report, you can see the Activity Type, the Profile ID, the Report Name (name of the profile), and the Activity Date.
At the top of the report is the total number of members as of the beginning date specified.
At the top of the Adds section, you can see the number of adds.
This does not mean the total number of profiles. For example, ABC Company joined on 1/16/2023, but later dropped, and then rejoined on 11/13/2023. ABC Company would appear in the Adds section of the report twice, so the total is the number of add records.
Similar to Adds, at the top of the Drops section, you can see the number of drops.
In the top left corner is a button to print which allows you to export this report to PDF.
Once exported to PDF, you can view and print the PDF.
Also in the top left corner is a button to export to other formats.
The other available formats include:
- Crystal Reports (RPT)
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Rich Text Format
