Contact Reports provides various reports summarizing member contact information, such as the last time a member was contacted, and member/prospect contacts.
- Contact Listing: This report shows contact records that were 1) initiated by specific people and 2) within a specific data range.
- Contact Since: This report summarizes profile contact history, and indicates how long it has been since the profile was last contacted.
- Members - Prospects Contacts: This report summarizes all contact with a list of profiles, either all member profiles or all prospect profiles.
- Sales Prospects: This report summarizes prospect profiles, including profile name and ID, estimated amount to be sold, estimated close date, probability of sale, and item name.
