The Events dropdown menu of MC Trade is a hub for setting up and maintaining events. It holds tools for creating new events, managing community event submissions, and importing registration information.
Select Events
The Select Events feature leads to a page listing all upcoming events. Selecting one of these events leads to the event's details page, providing all the stats for the event, like revenue, number of attendees, and more.
The sidebar menu provides further sections for managing the event, including event items, registration settings, and any other details needed to create and manage an event.

Create New Event
Selecting the Create New Event option in the Events dropdown menu opens a window to create a new event.
Input the event's name, and the start and end time and date. If the event is only for one day, select the All Day Event option, or manually input the hours for the start and end of the event. If the event takes place across multiple days, an option will appear to set hours of each day separately. This option allows the user to set different start and end times for each day of the event.

Community Event Submissions
Community event submission allows individuals or organizations to submit events that are not directly managed by your organization to be included in your event calendar.
This page provides the list of all event submissions with a search function at the top to search all submissions by date. The Actions tab beside each submission provides options to Review the event, Approve, Reject, or Delete. Selecting the Review option leads to a page similar to that of Create New Event, with more details and options, so the event can be edited before it is accepted or rejected.

Import Registrations
Import registrations is a feature used to import attendee registration data for events from an external source, such as an Excel spreadsheet. This is useful for organizations that track registrations using a third-party system and want to consolidate that information into their event management platform.
Including Profile IDs in the registration data will ensure that attendees are linked to their profiles in the database after importing.
