The Admin dropdown menu contains many useful tools, such as Manage System Users for managing all users and profiles on your platform, and Membership Level Management to access and edit membership levels. The following sections detail the various pages available from the Admin menu.
Manage System Users
This page shows all current users in your database and displays their username, full name, role, email, and status. You can also edit the user information. The edit page displays all relevant user information to be edited. To edit which profile this user is linked to, select Change Profile.

Manage Codes
This page is for managing all codes within MC Trade. Select the specific type of code on the left sidebar for more specific codes within that category, such as User Codes, Member Codes, Revenue Codes, etc. These codes are used to customize an admin or user's experience within MC Trade, from creating different membership levels to sorting event types.
To add a new code, select the type of code being added from the left sidebar, then select the +Add option on the top right of the page. Each code displayed has a dropdown Actions menu. Selecting this menu provides two options: Edit and Delete.
Global Settings
This page is used to configure system default settings, such as the email address notifications go to or come from, default text, integration setups, and more. The left sidebar menu allows access to the following settings:
- HTML Templates is used to create templates for customization of the events and communications descriptions.
- Integrations sets up the integrations for Credit Card Gateway(s), email provider, and VoterVoice.
- Online Payment Settings provides settings for handling online payments made through your website.
- Accounting Packages is for adding an accounting package for QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Dynamics GP, or Intacct.
- Web Preferences is used to customize the look and functionality of various pages on your website.
- Email Address for Notifications is used to indicate which user/email should receive different notifications based on actions completed by members and website users throughout your system.

Restore Profile
This page is used to restore previously deleted profiles. When opened, this section displays all recently deleted profiles. Simply find the desired profile and select Restore Profile.

Merge Profiles
This page is used to merge two profiles together to combine their information. When opened, the page provides two sections: Select the Profile to Keep, and Select the Profile to Delete. The profile selected in the Keep section will be maintained, and the profile in the Delete section will feed its information into the other profile, then be deleted.

Import Profiles
This page is used to import profile information from a prepared Excel spreadsheet. The page provides a list of questions to establish the details of the profiles being imported, followed by a prompt to upload the Excel sheet.

Import Invoices
This page is used to import a list of invoices from a spreadsheet containing MC Trade Profile IDs. It provides an Excel (.CSV) template and verifies that the data has been entered correctly, then imports the data into the database to create invoices on existing profiles.

Batch Drop Settings
Batch Drop is used to drop members in batches, instead of dropping each member individually. Member Profiles will only appear on the Batch Drop Management screen if the criteria for when to consider a member for batch-drop has been set up on the Batch Drop Settings page. If these settings are not configured, members must be dropped one at a time via the Profile Browser.

Member Drop Actions
When dropping a member either through the Batch Drop Member tool or from the Profile Browser for a single member, the Member Drop Actions can be set up so the system automatically completes a number of actions to update the data for the profile being dropped.

Membership Level Management
This page is used to manage Membership Levels and provides customization options for each type of member, including billing type, affiliation codes, benefits, and more.

Profile Selector Settings
The Profile Selector, found under the Profiles menu > Select Profiles, uses customizable criteria to search for profiles in the database. The Profile Selector Settings page provides options to customize the Profile Selector for more accurate results.

Association Info
This page is one of the first pages visited when configuring MC Trade. It contains all the information specific to your organization, such as address, email, and time zone, that is auto-filled in relevant fields as the database is used.
