Your editing experience is about to get better. This September, we're upgrading from CKEditor 4 to CKEditor 5, bringing a more secure, modern rich text editing experience across the platform.
These improvements make formatting work easier and more reliable—styling stays attached to your message, tables render properly wherever you send them, and pasting content no longer brings along unwanted formatting.
Here's a sneak peek at some of the new features coming:
- Format Painter — copy formatting across a long email
- Emoji picker — insert emojis from the toolbar or inline while you write
- Export to PDF and Word — share drafts with approvers who don't have system access, and keep a clean record of what went out. Documents are exported in .pdf and .docx
- Import from Word — bring existing Word documents into the editor while preserving their formatting and structure
No system changes are required.
