The Form Builder is a tool found in the Communication menu of MC Trade used to create forms for collecting various types of data, as well as for creating and managing membership profiles.
The types of forms that can be created using the form builder are:

Join Form: This form allows users to join your database and create new profiles and memberships by filling out a form on your website. The form can create a membership profile for an individual, or an organisation with an associated individual profile, depending on how the form is created.

Donation Form: This form allows members to submit a donation to your website, and can be used to collect one-time or recurring monetary donations, with many configuration options for the different types of donations that can be collected.

Renewal Form: This form can be used as a substitute or alternative for members to pay an invoice or to renew their membership. The renewal form can request updated information and recalculate dues on submission, writing off any existing invoices and creating a new invoice based on the submitted information.

Prospect Form: Much like the Join Form, this form allows users to submit their information, but without creating a membership and paying dues. This will help to collect a wide range of profile info for instant access and automated data flows, eliminating manual data entry.

General Form: This form can be used for any number of miscellaneous data sets you need to collect, from either non-members or members. Common examples include applications to participate in a group or program outside of your general membership structure, information requests, award nominations, etc.
