To view the submissions for any forms, go to Communication > Form Builder. Scroll through the list of all forms to find the relevant form. Select the hyperlinked number under the Submissions tab to view submissions for this form.
This will open the form's submission list and shows all form submissions made within the date range specified at the top left of the page.
The table below displays:
The date of submission
The profile that made the submission (select the hyperlinked name to open the profile)
The invoice number associated with the submission (if any)
The invoice amount (if any)
The actions tab
At the upper right corner of the grid, there is an option to Export Submissions. This will export a CSV file of the results listed below.
The Actions tab offers three options:
View Submission: Selecting this will open a new window displaying the details of the form submission, including the organization and/or member name associated with the profile, their membership status, and contact information.
Delete Submission: Selecting this will completely delete all record of this form submission.
If a profile or invoice was created for the submission, those items will NOT be deleted, only the submission record tied to the form in this window will be removed.
Merge Profile: This will be displayed if the submission is linked to a profile, and will open the Merge Profiles window with the submission profile already loaded into the merge tool.
