Introduction
Select the Communication menu > Message Admin.
On the left, there are five tabs:
- Analytics: View message-wide analytics.
- Drafts: Open a saved draft and pick up where you left off.
- Recurring: Manage recurring messages.
- Scheduled: Manage scheduled messages.
- Sent: View a list of sent messages and view message details.
Viewing Analytics for All Messages
The Analytics tab displays analytics for all emails, such as the number of emails sent, or the number of emails opened. Click Here for more information.
Managing Drafts
The drafts tab displays a list of saved drafts.
Select the subject to open the draft.
To further filter the results, select the arrow icon to change the order of results, or select the funnel icon to search that define what the result should contain, such as a name, date, or email.
Select the arrow on the right side of each result to copy, edit, or delete the email.
Managing Recurring Messages
The Recurring tab shows a list of all recurring scheduled emails.
The subject of the message, the date it will be sent, the date it was created, the from email address, the recurrence details, and the end date, if defined, will be reflected.
Select the email subject to open it.
To further filter the results, select the arrow icon to change the order of results, or select the funnel icon to search that define what the result should contain, such as a name, date, or email.
Select the arrow on the right side of each result to copy, edit, or delete the email.
Managing Scheduled Messages
The Scheduled tab shows all emails that have been scheduled to send in the future.
Select the email subject to open it.
To further filter the results, select the arrow icon to change the order of results, or select the funnel icon to search that define what the result should contain, such as a name, date, or email.
Select the arrow on the right side of each result to copy, edit, or delete the email.
Viewing Sent Messages
The Sent tab shows all emails that have been sent, including scheduled and recurring emails.
It will reflect the subject of the message, the date and time it was sent, the from email address, the count (number of recipients), the open rate of the email in percentage, and an option to copy the email.
To further filter the results, select the arrow icon to change the order of results, or select the funnel icon to search that define what the result should contain, such as a name, date, or email.
Viewing Message Details
- Select the subject of an email to open it.
- This will display the message, the profiles that received this message, the send options, along with any attachments, and analytics for that message.
There is a Copy button (upper right corner) if you need to send this email to more recipients. You can add to the message or change it completely for the Copy operation.
