Pledge Campaign Types and Pledge Levels

Setting Up Pledge Campaign Types

Before creating a campaign, you will need to create at least one pledge campaign type:

  1. Go to Admin > Manage Codes.

  1. Go to Revenue Codes > Pledge Campaign Types.

  1. Click Add a New Pledge Campaign Type.

  1. Under Pledge Campaign Type, enter a name.
  2. Under Description, enter some details that describe this campaign.
  3. Click Save.

Repeat steps 3-6 for any more desired campaign types.

Revenue Items will also be required when adding pledge to a campaign.

Setting Up Pledge Levels

You may create pledge level codes, but these are not required. A pledge level code offers another layer of tracking (e.g., Gold, Bronze, Silver). You can sort the list of pledges by pledge level.

  1. Go to Admin > Manage Codes.

  1. Go to Revenue Codes > Pledge Level Codes.

  1. Click Add a New Pledge Level Code.

  1. Under Pledge Level Code, enter a name.
  2. Under Description, enter some details that describe this level.
  3. Click Save.

Repeat steps 3-6 for any more desired pledge levels.
