Activity Summary
The Activity Summary report allows staff to effectively visualize and analyze engagement across a variety of activities and actions throughout the community platform with clear in-application interactive visuals and charts.
To access the Activity Summary report:
- From the Reports section of the Admin Panel, select Activity Summary.
The Activity Summary report displays, as shown below. - You can query community activity by the Activity Area, specific Actions, Date, and Segments.
- Hover over the points on the chart to see the date and number of actions.
- Select Download Data to download a CSV.
- Select Chart Image to download a PNG image of the chart.
Top Contributors
The Top Contributors report allows CommUnity staff to:
- Identify the most active and engaged members
- Identify potential advocates or community leaders for your organization
- Identify candidates for membership among prospects
- Identify potential volunteer leaders
- Identify candidates for committee membership
To access the Top Contributors report:
- From the Reports section of the Admin Panel, select Top Contributors.
The Top Contributors report displays, as shown below. - The drop-down options at the top of the report allow you to query the top community users by the Activity Area, specific Actions, Date, and Segments.
- The top contributing users display in the grid at the bottom of the report.
- Select Download Data to download a CSV.
- Select Chart Image to download a PNG image of the chart.
Community Health Check
The Community Health Check report provides a clear visual of your community’s health, product areas and categories with high engagement, and those that may need attention. This report provides actionable data that gives insight into the beating heart of your community.
To access the Community Health Check report:
- From the Reports section of the Admin Panel, select Community Health Check.
The Community Health Check report displays, as shown below. - The Community Health Check allows you to see the health of your community engagement by area and month.
- Different actions within each area display as different shades of the category color.
NOTE: The chart will not display for the Community Health Check until there is data available to display.
