Member Profiles can be dropped from their membership individually or in larger batches using the Drop Members tool. Settings can be configured to base these drops on Unpaid Dues (or other invoices). When a member's invoice is overdue by a pre-determined number of days, their profile will appear in the Batch Drop data grid.
To complete a batch drop, Drop Actions must first be configured to determine which actions to complete when dropping members. Click Here to learn how to set up Drop Actions.

Once these settings are configured, follow these steps to view and drop all overdue members in a batch:
- Select the Profiles menu > Drop Members.
- The Drop Members page will open. All members who meet the criteria previously set in the Batch Drop Settings will display in the data grid.
The grid provides the profile ID, the Member name, the total of invoices overdue, and the number of days past due.
- To download an Excel export of this list, select Export to CSV.
- Select all members that should be dropped, or select the top checkbox on the left to select all profiles in the grid.
- Click Drop Selected Members.
An email will be sent to the address(es) indicated in the Batch Drop Settings confirming that the members have been dropped. This may take 5-10 minutes, depending on the number of members selected.
