MC Trade's Contacts feature tracks and manages relationships with all the organizations and Individuals in your network, and provides tools for sales efforts within those groups.
The Contacts Module allows the keeping of extensive records on every interaction with members and their employees or employers.
Some key attributes of the Contacts Module include:
- Creating custom Contact Types to record different types of interactions
- Identifying Individuals within an Organization to record the interaction at the member level, and logging meetings with Individuals within the Organization
- Creating follow-up tasks from a Contact so that future interactions are scheduled and assigned to specific users
- The ability to create Contacts manually or automatically, individually or in bulk
- CopyMe; an additional service that dynamically creates Contact Records from staff emails through 3rd Party email systems like Outlook or Gmail.
