As part of our commitment to your success, we're happy to announce several improvements to MC Trade to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. These changes will be released for all customers on September 16th, 2026.
Updates:
- The text editor has been updated from CKEditor 4 to CKEditor 5, providing more editing and formatting options. Click Here for more information.
- A new Web Components tab has been added to the top navigation menu, housing website-related tools previously found under the Communication dropdown. The Web Components tab includes: Content Management System, Manage Web Content, News Articles, Coupons, Banner Ads, Ecommerce Items, Form Builder, and Public Links. The Communication tab now contains only: Send Email, Message Admin, and MailChimp Sync.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where the posting process capped entries sent to QuickBooks Online at 100, even when batches contained more.
- Fixed a bug where posting a batch to an external accounting package randomly omitted transactions without noting any errors.
- Fixed a UI misalignment of the Security Code, Month, and Year fields in the portal payment form.
- Fixed "Add as a Member" incorrectly applying benefits from a previously held membership level when reactivating a dropped member.
- Fixed an issue where outbound emails appeared to send successfully but remained stuck in the scheduled queue with a timeout error.
