As part of our commitment to your success, we're happy to announce several improvements to MC Trade to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. These changes will be released for all customers on July 31st, 2026.
Event Calendar Updates:
- A search field has been added at the top left of the calendar to search for events.
- Event Calendar URLs now update dynamically as filters are applied. This means search results can be shared via direct link, and URL query parameters (such as event type) can be used to link directly to filtered views. Click Here to view the available parameters.
- Fixed an issue with broken sponsor images.
Renewal Form: Renew on Behalf of Multiple Profiles
Members may have more than one profile membership eligible for renewal, such as their own individual membership, an org they're the main contact for, or a profile they have a primary relationship to. When more than one applies, the renewal form now shows a dropdown so they can select which profile membership to renew, and the form updates automatically based on their choice. If no eligible profiles are found, a message stating that we were unable to determine a member profile to renew is displayed, and the form does not load. The dropdown's label is customizable via the new "Renewable profiles dropdown label" form setting, which defaults to "Please select the profile to renew on behalf of" if left blank.
Renewal Form: Rejoin Support
Dropped members can now be given the option to rejoin directly through the renewal form. This is controlled by a new form setting, "Allow rejoin on renewal forms," which is off by default, so admins must enable it to allow dropped profiles to rejoin this way. Once enabled, the "Renewal rejoin days window" setting lets admins define how long a dropped profile remains eligible to rejoin, measured from its drop date.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue with Billing.DateInactive was not viewable.
- Fixed an issue with ACH payments being recorded twice in transaction logs.
- Fixed an issue with member drop activity recording an incorrect drop date.
