As part of our commitment to your success, we're happy to announce several improvements to MC Trade to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. We will roll out these changes to all customers on January 16, 2025.
This release includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- Improved performance on saving registrations, speeding up registrations and reducing timeout errors specifically in registrations with multiple event items selected and custom fields with a cost associated with them.
- Fixed a remaining timezone/date issue on the new calendar with multi-day events using All Day or Separate Times features.
- Fixed an issue with Delete Registration when choosing "Refund" within the valid refund window for Authorize.net
- Fixed an issue in back office registration displaying custom fields with a cost associated with them on the Payment summary when creating registrations
- Fixed an issue displaying "Units Remaining" on custom fields that have been configured with a certain number available
- Fixed an issue with Scheduled emails showing an incorrect time on the search page specifically when setting an email to delay the time but not the date
- Fixed an issue with Max Quantity per registration not being enforced in public registration
- Fixed an issue with Custom Fields at the Registration level not displaying in the correct order in back office registration
- Fixed an intermittent issue in the Generate Invoices screen in which some months did not display the list of invoices that would not be generated due to exceptions.
