As part of our commitment to your success, we're happy to announce several improvements to MC Trade to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. We will roll out these changes to all customers on January 8, 2025.
This release also includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- Fixed an issue causing intermittent errors for staff creating registrations in back-office MC Trade events
- Fixed an issue with events in certain timezones sometimes displaying the wrong time in the back office MC Trade event screen
- Fixed an issue with Sold Out individual event items showing as available in the registration Items screen
- Fixed an issue with "Promo Codes Used" reporting not updating properly when codes are used
- NOTE that the export was also fixed which includes all dollar amounts, but the "Total Discounts" column in the table is still being fixed and will be updated in the next (25.3) release.
- Invoice Actions are now hidden for registrations that do not have an invoice created, in both the card and grid view for registrations
- Fixed an issue in which only the first 20 sponsors displayed for an event
Please note that some clients have reported intermittent slowness/timeouts on event registrations. We are urgently working on this issue and will have an update ASAP.
