Reviewing and Approving Coupon Submissions

Reviewing Coupons

Click on the Communication menu and Coupons.

When a coupon is created or edited online, it needs to be approved to appear on your website.

The Coupons screen is where you can view all submitted (active) coupons across all profiles.

Expired coupons (i.e., coupons with expiration date before today) will not appear.

In the grid, you may:

• Open the profile by clicking on the profile name.
• Approve or un-approve the coupon submission.
• Add, edit, or delete a coupon

At the top, there are also filters to search for specific coupons.

• Status:
  • All coupons (approved and unapproved).
  • Only coupons that are approved.
  • Only coupons that are not approved.
• Profile name: Coupons attached to profiles where the profile name includes this text.
• Submitted date: Coupons that were submitted within this date range.
• View Only Member Coupons: Coupons that were submitted by/on behalf of member profiles.

After choosing one or more filters, click Run This Search to update the grid below.

Approving/Unapproving

1. Click on the Communication menu and Coupons.
2. Place a check in the Approved column to flag the coupon as approved or remove the check to flag the coupon as unapproved (which means it will not appear on the website).

You can review the details of a coupon submission by editing the coupon.
