As part of our commitment to your success, we're happy to announce several improvements to MC Trade to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. These changes will be released for all customers on October 30th, 2026.
Payment Bug Fixes:
Related revenue items and adjusted line items no longer make a portal payment appear overpaid.
Fixed Authorize.net payment error that processes multiple times but does not register in MC Trade.
Fixed a one-cent mismatch between what was charged to a card in the portal and what was recorded.
Directory Bug Fixes:
The member join/drop bar chart on the dashboard now properly applies the selected date range, providing a more accurate member join/drop count.
The directory's "Type or Select Category" search now returns expected results. Typing a term that isn't an exact category, or selecting a category whose name appears in other category or subcategory names, no longer adds those extra categories as filters that narrow the results. A term that matches no category no longer returns the entire directory without any indication.
