This section of Reports provides reports for various exception scans, such as Members without an Active Listing, ARB Exceptions, duplicate profile report, etc.
- Members Without a Main Contact: This report shows all organisation profiles without a main contact profile linked to their organisation.
- Members Without an Active Dues Billing: This report collects all member profiles without active dues billing and profiles the profile name and ID, and their contact information.
- Members Without an Active Listing: This report shows all member profiles without an active listing on the directory, and provides their profile name and ID, and contact information.
- Members Without an Active Web Listing: This report shows all member profiles without an active web listing, and provides their profile name and ID, and contact information.
- Members Whose MemberSince Date <> Join Date: This report shows all members whose member since date is less than or greater than join date.
- Non-Members WITH Active Dues Billings: This report shows all non-member profiles with active dues billing, and provides their profile name and ID, and contact information.
- Account Code Exceptions: This report looks at all active revenue items (Admin, Manage Codes, Revenue Items) and the matching Account Codes to find any exceptions, and to help you verify all the revenue items are being related correctly to the general accounts.
- ARB Exceptions: This report displays ARB records that fail to generate invoice / line item / payment records in their last billing period.
- Membership Level Profile Status Exceptions: This report shows all members with a different Profile Status than the Membership Level to which they are assigned.
- Membership Level Billing Record Exceptions: This report shows all members that do not match the setup of the Membership Level to which they were assigned.
- Membership Activity Validation: This report shows all profile IDs associated with certain member activity milestones, such as joins and drops.
- Duplicate Profile Report: This report presents possible duplicate profiles with matching or similar information.
- Profile Relations Validation: This report shows profile relationship actions and the profile IDs associated with those actions
