On the main dashboard, a Sales Opportunity window displays all sales opportunities assigned to your user profile. (If the window is not available, you have not been assigned any Sales Opportunities.)
This window is available at the bottom of the dashboard, unless the Show/Hide Sections option was used to move the window to the top.
This table shows the top 10 current Sales Opportunities, including the profile each opportunity is associated with, the relevant Revenue Item, the probability of the sale, the amount of the sale, the estimated close date, and the date they were last contacted.
The "Last Contacted" column will remain empty if no Contact is recorded for the profile. Once a Contact is added, the Contact History for that profile will be updated.
The Actions dropdown beside each Opportunity offers options to edit, delete, or add a Contact to the Sales Opportunity. Select the profile name to open the profile.
