Release Notes 25.1 - 1/6/2025

As part of our commitment to your success, we're happy to announce several improvements to MC Trade to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. We will roll out these changes to all customers on January 6, 2025.

Updated Event Confirmation Message

The confirmation page and email that users see after completing a registration contains a "Sign Up Receipt" block that displays all line items, and also lumped attendees and custom field values into each item. Based on customer feedback, we've improved the layout and design of this section of the confirmation screen to clarify the invoice details, optimize for mobile, and separate out the Attendee information: 

If you use a custom confirmation template, you can add the dynamic field [[ATTENDEELIST]] to your confirmation email to include the new summarized list of attendee details separately from the invoice information. Click here for more details.

This release also includes the following enhancements and fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where declined credit cards were still allowing registration (with open invoice). Users will now need to enter proper credit card information or choose Bill Me Later if available when the card is declined. 
  • Added All Day Event functionality to Create New Event window linked from main menu item
  • Fixed an issue with the times displaying on upgraded event details pages when All Day Event was enabled
  • Fixed an issue with non-primary related profiles displaying access to restricted event items
  • Fixed an issue displaying custom field line items on event confirmation pages/emails
  • Fixed a formatting issue with long Checkbox descriptions on event custom fields ran to a separate line
