Question: Why am I getting a 'Concurrency violation the update command affected 0 of the 1 records' when I try to edit a profile
Cause: The error that you are getting most always means that the record has been opened more than once, which means that someone else in your office has the same record open that you do. So, if someone else was making changes to the same profile that you are but in a different section, that is what will cause that error.
Answer:
1. Check and see if anyone else has the profile open and is making edits.
2. Close out of the profile and then reopen it and try to save the change again.
3. If step 2 does not work, close and reopen MC Trade.
