To back up the content on your website, the site can be exported in a zip file. This will create an offline backup. This backup can be saved for later use or even transferred to the site of another host.
- Log in to the MC Trade Website editor
- Select the Settings Menu > General tab on the left
- Scroll down to the Archive section.
- Enter your email in the field and select Email Archive. An email will be sent with a Zipped (compressed) folder that contains the following:
- HTML files of website pages
- Images for items uploaded to the site
- Documents for files uploaded to the site
Blog and store pages cannot be exported as they rely directly on the Weebly database. Some elements, such as the Contact Forms and Slideshow elements, may not work correctly if hosted on a different site.
