Issue: I'm working through the exception reports. The members without active billings shows a group of companies that are subsidiaries and don't pay dues. Only the parent company does. Should the subsidiary companies be showing on the report?
Cause: If the subsidiary companies are marked as members, then yes they will appear if they do not have a billing record.
Resolution: This is normal operation. You may always have someone on the report, the goal is that if they are there, you know the reason why.
