Steps
TroubleshootingYou may see a popup message that files or folders cannot be replaced because they are already open. To resolve this, open Task Manager and locate any entries named Weblink_WPF.exe in the list of apps running. Right click on the entry with that name and select End Task. Repeat with each entry with that name, then go back to the popup message and click Retry.
