As part of our commitment to your success, we're happy to announce several improvements to MC Trade to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. We will roll out these changes to all customers on July 3rd, 2025.
Email Timezone Improvements
As part of our ongoing effort to improve product usability, we've added time zone support to the "Scheduled" and "Sent" tabs in the message admin. The time and time zone will now be displayed according to the local time zone of the user viewing the message. For example, one user might see 8 PM CST, while another sees 9 PM EDT, depending on their respective time zones.
New Exception Report - Profile Relations Validation
A new exception report has been added: Profile Relations Validation. This report checks for the following:
- Individuals listed as Employers
- Individuals listed as Former Employers
- Individuals flagged as Subsidiaries
- Multiple Billing Contacts
- Multiple Main Contacts
- Organizations listed as Former Employees
- Organizations listed as Employees
- Deleted Related Profiles
This release includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- Fixed an issue where Drop Members worked without selecting a setting batch.
- Fixed an issue where international phone numbers were displayed incorrectly and were uneditable in the member portal.
- Fixed an issue where manual Entity Affiliation Code removal was using incorrect drop actions.
- Fixed an issue where delayed emails scheduled for the same day displayed the incorrect time in the message admin.
- Fixed an issue that allowed base-64 images to be saved in various HTML fields, resulting in broken functionality.
- Fixed an issue where required fields were being set as hidden when events were copied.
- Fixed an issue where invoice details and the edit view displayed incorrect "date posted" information
- Fixed an issue where payments with related revenue items were adding an additional blank adjustment.
- Fixed an issue where event submission pages could not be accessed if login was required.
- Fixed an issue where public link redirects were not working for some subdomains.
- Fixed an issue where the Copy, Edit, and Delete buttons in scheduled messages in the message admin were not working.
- Fixed an issue where Word Document web content could not be downloaded.
- Fixed an issue where the total payment amount did not match the total charge amount for payments made in the member portal.
- Fixed an issue where form proration was creating extended decimals, causing payments to fail in the member portal.
- Addressed a portal login email enumeration vulnerability.
- Addressed intermittent display issues with the payment amount field in invoices.
