Introduction
This article provides instructions for adding a cookie banner, generated by Termly, to your MC Trade website. MC Trade Support agents are not able to provide help with Termly's products. Please consult Termly's Help Center for assistance.
Policies that address how your organization handles data privacy, cookies, terms of use, refunds, and shipping are vital aspects of maintaining an effective digital presence.
Ensuring that these policies are visible and accessible on your website is crucial for compliance with global laws governing online privacy and commerce.
While MC Trade safeguards your database information and payment transactions, it is important that your organization creates and publishes your own policies regarding the way that data is handled by your organization and how users should interact on your website.
To that end, MC Trade has partnered with Termly to help you create and publish your organization's policies on your website. With a Termly account, you can use the Termly policy generator to create your policies and add them to your website with a Custom HTML Gadget, code snippet, or URL.
You are NOT required to use Termly or any third-party service to create and publish your policies. These services are available to make managing your policies easier and to ensure their visibility.
