  • To prospect for and Acquire members who would be a top referral

Use the Member VOI Feature to Quantify Referral Value

Enabled and Configured in Admin > Set Preferences > Referral Report Settings

VOI = Value on Investment

VOI = Dues Amount/Value of Referrals
