Manage Sales Opportunity Lost Reasons

MC Trade allows you to track the reasons you lose sales through Lost Reason Codes. Lost Reason Codes are applied to Sales Opportunities when a sales falls through or a business decides not to by your product or service. Tracking Lost Reasons helps you identify trends in your sales efforts and may help identify possible solutions to common problems.
 
1. Go to Admin > Manage Codes > Profile Codes > Sales Opportunity Lost Reasons.

2. Click Add a Lost Reason.

3. In the first text field, enter the name of your new Lost Reason Code.
    
4. In the second text field, enter the description of your new Lost Reason Code.
    
5. Click Save. The new Lost Reason Code appears in the Codes datagrid.
