Question: Where do I go to configure the Front Desk email default message?

Go to Admin>Set Preferences>Web Preferences. Once you open that section, go to the Web Defaults Tab and click it. Then choose the Front Desk Tab. There you can configure the email that goes to the inquirer and the member.
