Point-of-Sale Outage 9/30/2020

 

UPDATE 12:30 PM ET - Credit card processing update has been rolled out to all customers to resolve this morning's point-of-sale errors. Some slowness, timeouts or errors may have been experienced temporarily during the rollout. This morning's outage was due to an issue introduced in today's release, which has now been resolved. This morning, we discovered an issue affecting any point-of-sale transactions occurring through Atlas. This includes credit card payments processed internally, event registrations submitted with credit card payments, and other forms that would take credit card payments. 

We are investigating this urgently with the intent to restore service as quickly as possible, and will update this article with new information.
