Step 3a. Registrations through ePly |
ePly Registration with AtlasWhen using both Atlas and ePly, you're able to record a registration that originates in ePly to an Atlas event and profile. A member would log into your website, which would automatically sign them into an ePly form with all member pricing logic in tact. Once the attendee completes and submits their form, it records that registration data on a newly created Atlas event. Then, the individual can be checked into an event — either in-person via barcode scanning or virtually via Zoom integration — and that records on the Atlas registration. Step 3b. Registrations through your AMS |
ePly Check-In with AtlasTo update an Atlas registration from ePly upon event check-in, members would submit a form via Atlas. Then, the admin would sync the Atlas form to a new ePly form. After the sync, the attendee can be checked into an event — either in-person via barcode scanning or virtually via Zoom integration — and that records on attendee's Atlas registration.
