Track Committee Meetings (browser version)

You can track meeting dates, details, and attendance for any committee on the Committee Meetings tab of a committee.

To create a meeting:

  1. Open the committee and click the Committee Meetings tab on the left.
  2. Click Add a Meeting. The first screen contains the meeting details

  3. Enter the Meeting title
  4. Enter the date, and type in the time for the meeting (this is simply a text field to display in reports)
  5. If desired, enter meeting notes or purpose and click Save. If you want to add an agenda or minutes, or enter attendance at this point, click Save & Continue Editing.

Agenda:

  1. To upload or type in an agenda, click the Agenda tab on the left menu. 
  2. Click Upload an Agenda if you have a file/document that you would like to store as the agenda for this meeting. This can be any word, pdf, or other document type that you select from your local files/network.
  3. To download the file, click the file name. To copy a URL that will allow others to download the file, click Copy URL. This URL can be sent via email or posted on a web page to allow others to download the file. 
  4. If you would like to type or paste plain text into the meeting as the agenda, you can enter the text into the Simple text agenda field and save.

Minutes:

  1. To upload or type in an agenda, click the Minutes tab on the left menu. 
  2. Click Upload Minutes if you have a file/document that you would like to store as the agenda for this meeting. This can be any word, pdf, or other document type that you select from your local files/network.
  3. To download the file, click the file name. To copy a URL that will allow others to download the file, click Copy URL. This URL can be sent via email or posted on a web page to allow others to download the file. 
  4. If you would like to type or paste plain text into the meeting as the minutes, you can enter the text into the Simple text minutes field and save.
