This report provides a summary of the elements of any single or range of committees that you specify. The Committee Summary report displays basic info (committee notes, etc.) as well as a snapshot of member contact information and attendance.
This report will keep you informed of all basic committee information as it changes.
How to Run
From the File Menu, choose Reports > Committee Reports > Committee Summary
Upon running the report, it will prompt you for the following parameter(s):
- Please enter a range of committee names (Committee names) - Upon running the report, you will be prompted to enter a range of committees (from X......to Y). The Start Range and End Range are basically asking for starting letter alphabetically you’d like the committees to start with and the End Range is the ending letter. For example to list all committees “A – E” you would enter “A” in the Start Range field and “E” in the End Range and then click on “Add Range” and then “Ok” at the bottom to run the report.
- Would you like to view each member's attendance history? (AttendanceHistory) - Select either true or false.
