What does this mean for you?
Ticket submissions emailed directly to firstname.lastname@example.org will no longer be recorded as tickets, therefore all of your future support ticket requests must now to be submitted directly via www.weblinksupport.com.
This new and improved process will:
- Direct you to how to articles and best practices right from your ticket submission form
- Give you live, immediate help directly from a WebLink specialist during normal business hours
- Eliminate disjointed email conversations and unnecessary confusion
