We have some members that when I pull their profile into the mass communicator it doesn't check the "send email" box. They are set to receive communication. Where can we set the default for that box to be checked?
The Send Email checkbox is populated directly from the "Preferred Method of Contact" setting on the Details tab of any profile. If you set their preference to Email, the Send Email box in the Mass Communicator will automatically be checked when they are pulled in as a recipient.
By default when you add a new profile to the database, that preference is set to Email, so you shouldn't need to monitor this manually too much at all.
