As part of our commitment to your success, we’re happy to announce several improvements to WebLink Connect to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. We will roll out these changes in stages beginning Thursday, November 15. All customers will have the release by Monday, November 26.
Member Retention Report
The standard Member Retention Report has been updated to better reflect annual and monthly totals by Membership Level, including additional running totals and summary totals for more than one dues revenue item. It also resolves an issue with renewal data not showing in months that did not have join/drop data.
To run the new standard report in the desktop version of WebLink, you must go to Reports > Download Latest Reports and run the download on each machine running reports. This step is not necessary to run the report in the browser version.
This month's release includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- Updated Crystal Report Viewer in the web browser to resolve intermittent issues
- Fixed an issue preventing new payments on existing event registrations
- Improved authentication validation on browser version of the software
