Q: How do the benefit expiration work with ARB's that are monthly?
A: Monthly ARBs still have a single anchor month, and that's what it will use for the expiration/renewal date.
Q: Does the benefit reactive when the invoice is paid?
A: Benefits aren't inactivated until a member is dropped. They will automatically RENEW when an overdue invoice is paid, as long as that profile is still a member
Q: Is that the expiration date or service end date?
A: Service Period do not affect benefits.
