As part of our commitment to your success, we're happy to announce several improvements to MC Trade to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. We will roll out these changes to all customers on August 7, 2024.
Coupon Admin Fixes
During our last release, we deployed the ability to add and manage coupons in the new web components, and in this release, we are deploying coupon admin fixes. Some fixes include: The ability to submit coupons in the member portal, staff will no longer be prompted to log in to a member's portal app to add coupons on their behalf, and coupons will be assigned to the individual or organization's profile. We've also made small design tweaks to the Member Portal.
This release includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- Fixed the non-member profiles removing saved membership level values.
- Addressed the system allowing duplicate category names causing crystal reports to break.
- Sponsor ordering now applies to the event details page.
- Fixed the filters that were ignored in the email builder profile selector.
- eCommerce and Member Portal Settings in global settings now allow for domain dropdowns and separate settings batch.
- The new settings' functionality will be available in the next release.
- Unsuccessful credit card payments no longer display as successful in MCTrade.
