Release Notes 24.10 - 4/10/24

As part of our commitment to your success, we're happy to announce several improvements to MC Trade to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. We will roll out these changes to all customers on April 10, 2024.

Resend a Sent Email

With this release, we've added the ability to resend an email to all or a subset of the original list of recipients. In the upper right corner of the Analytics tab on a Sent email, choose to resend the email and to which list, and you'll have the opportunity to either send the email exactly as it was or send it later and edit the message: 

If you choose to edit the message, you'll only be able to edit the Subject and Message, or set the date/time to send the scheduled message to a different date or time. Click here to learn more!

Edit a Scheduled Email Message

Based on customer feedback, we've added the ability to edit messages that have been set as "Scheduled" to be sent at a later date. For any message listed in the Scheduled section of Message Admin, click Edit to open the message. While the "Profiles" tab will be disabled and you will not be able to edit the recipient list, changes can now be made to the Subject and the Message field. You can also click over to the Send tab to update the date and/or time to send the email.

Once you've completed the changes, click Save Scheduled Email at the top of the screen to update the changed values. 


This release includes the following enhancements and fixes:

  • Fixed an issue with the Profile Selector exporting Related Organization values for organization-to-organization relationships
  • Improved legacy directory performance issues for certain customers with large datasets
  • Updated the Member Activity dropdown in the Profile Selector to sort alphabetically
  • Fixed an issue viewing Additional Related Contact fields on the View Submissions drilldown for form builder submissions
  • Fixed an issue viewing line item descriptions on event invoices in the Apply Payments batch payment feature
  • Updated messaging in the Query Tool for large exports to clarify the number of results being displayed in the grid
  • Fixed an issue with event confirmation emails showing duplicated payment amounts for profiles with duplicated billing contacts
  • Fixed an issue with the Invoice Selector export formatting address fields incorrectly
  • Fixed a display issue in the Transactions tab showing multiple dollar sign symbols
  • Fixed an issue with certain renewal forms incorrectly requiring custom fields that should not be required
