Message Analytics Updates
Open Profiles in Profile Selector
On the Message Analytics section of a sent email, you now have the option to click "Open Recipients in Profile Selector." When clicked, you'll see the following set of options appear:
Based on the option you choose, profiles from the original email will be passed through to the Profile Selector grid. From there you can export, tag, or otherwise work with the profiles that match the selected criteria (note that you will not be able to add further search criteria; this feature will just pass through the list of profiles to the results).
Display Open Rate on Sent grid
In the Message Admin "Sent" table, we have added a column to display the open rate calculated for the message in the grid for at-a-glance viewing of email engagement.
This release includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- Performance improvements: we have been working on speeding up certain areas of the database, including some queries and exports. We will be continuing to further improve the performance, especially for databases with large numbers of profiles/invoices, in the coming weeks.
- Fixed an issue with the Credit Card Activity search/export, in which customers with multiple gateways were not able to filter properly by gateway
- Added guardrails to prevent adding duplicate codes in some instances, including Contact Types and Account Numbers
- Fixed an issue allowing edit/delete of eCommerce Codes in the admin section
- Added a "credentials check" to the MailChimp integration configuration screen to allow users to ensure their API Key is current and active.
- Fixed an issue in which users with "Read Only" permissions for Related Profile editing could update relationship information on the Manage Related Profiles screen
- Fixed an issue with the new News Articles public pages displaying multiple pages of results, and updating titles to have inaccurate capitalization
- Updated the BETA Directory to dynamically pull updated setting data in real time
- Fixed an issue with the Query Tool displaying the first row of a second (or more) page of results in the results grid
- Fixed an issue preventing profiles previously synced through MailChimp from being deleted
- Update the Online Bill Pay credit card fee line item to ensure the quantity is 1 and the posting status is not inherited from the line item(s) being paid
- Fixed an issue in which only the first 20 Project Template Tasks are viewable
