As part of part of our commitment to your success, we're happy to announce several improvements to MC Trade to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. We will roll out these changes to all customers on February 16, 2024.
Pronouns field for individual profiles
With this release, you'll see a new field in the General Info screen for all individual profiles for Pronouns. This is currently an open-text field, and can be edited for any individual profile. Currently this field is only available in the back-office MC Trade profile edit screen, but will be added as an option to the Profile Information Update Form in the member portal in an upcoming release.
This release includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- Event registration processing improvements: we have been working on speeding up certain areas of the event registration management workflow, including linking/creating profiles with registrations and other editing use cases. We will be continuing to further improve the performance, especially for databases with large numbers of profiles/invoices, in the coming weeks.
- Added VoterVoice sync buttons to the VoterVoice integration setup screen, allowing users to initiate either a full government/office sync or a profile sync to reassign districting data manually, in addition to the existing nightly automated sync.
- Added a more explicit error to the invoice edit screen when attempting to apply an Adjustment to a Line Item with a Revenue Item from a different Accounting Package than the selected Adjustment Type, indicating that a different Adjustment Type needs to be used.
- Updated the QBO posting exports on the Post Transactions screen to use the Class Type name from QBO, rather than the Class ID number.
- Fixed an issue with Donation Forms that have been set to require enrollment in Automatic Recurring Billing, properly displaying the ARB checkbox as checked in the form and submitting the ARB to the gateway
- Added a "lock" icon to the list of Query Tool on any queries that are set to only be assigned to the logged-in user, indicating that they are private and cannot be viewed by other users.
- Fixed an issue with Join Form Proration, in which editing an existing prorated Purchase Item would disable the proration setting for that item.
- Fixed an issue preventing users from assigning an existing Web Content record to a new Portal Menu Item, rather than creating a new content record
