Release Notes 23.28 - 12/21/2023

As part of our commitment to your success, we're happy to announce several improvements to MC Trade to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. We will roll out these changes to all customers on December 21, 2023.

New Data Views in the Query Tool

With this release, we've added three new Data Views to the Query Tool to build searches for data exports:

  • Profile Benefits: search for profile benefit values and filter on benefit information for profiles with benefits assigned (a row is returned for each benefit)
  • CEUs: search for profiles that have specific CEU values, and display those CEU/Credit values (a row is returned for each CEU activity)
  • Certifications: search for profiles that have specific certifications, and display the certification information (a row is returned for each Certification)

This release includes the following enhancements and fixes:

  • Run a Report: this page has been upgraded to our newer interface, ensuring all menu items are updated and load time is much faster. All standard reports are listed in their respective section, and your organization's Custom reports are displayed at the bottom of the page. This update does NOT affect the reports themselves in any way, and they will run exactly as before.
  • Voter Voice Profile View: for organizations integrated with Voter Voice, you can now see any existing Voter Voice government data in a new panel in the Profile View screen for each profile. Click here to learn more about Voter Voice.
  • Fixed an issue with custom SQL queries in the Query Tool preventing SQL keywords for security. Any remaining prohibited keywords may need to be adjusted to ensure the safety of your database, and you can contact the Help team if you still see the error "SQL Prohibited Keyword detected."
  • Fixed an issue with queries in the Query Tool that use the Category Listings view
  • Updated the MailChimp nightly sync to improve performance for repeat syncs (not the initial list build), ensuring all updates go through each night without errors
