As part of our commitment to your success, we're happy to announce several improvements to MC Trade to help you manage your organization more efficiently and effectively. We will roll out these changes to all customers on June 2, 2023.
Write Off Invoices in the browser
While Batch Drop allows you to write off dues invoices en masse for overdue membership invoices, sometimes you may need to adjust other types of outstanding invoices down to a zero balance. Instead of going through these one by one, you can now search for and select multiple invoices to adjust, then choose "Write Off Selected Invoices" in the Invoice Selector:
This action will create line item adjustments for all unpaid balances on the selected invoices, using the Adjustment Type (and date) that you select.
Class Type Codes in the browser
If you are a QuickBooks Desktop user, you can now view and manage your Class Type codes along with your accounts, revenue item codes, etc. in the Admin > Manage Codes screen in the browser:
In addition, QuickBooks Online users will now see a dynamically-populated list of QuickBooks Online class types imported from your QBO connection in the Revenue Item screen:
This release also includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- Fixed an issue populating QuickBooks Desktop classes on Revenue Items in the browser
- Fixed an issue in which some profiles improperly displayed the "No recent dues invoices" warning when dues invoices were present
- Fixed an issue with PayPal gateway users on Renewal Form submission for invalid credit card failures.
