WebLink Support and IT Operations Teams have completed restoring the Mass Communication Services interruption that began this weekend. The interruption was due to a separate internal network upgrade that took place over the weekend that caused the process to be unable to communicate with the main Mass Comm server. This interruption caused messages to begin to queue until the connection could be re-established.
At this time, messages that were pending in the queue, should be processed and marked as 'Sent' in the Message Status.
We appreciate your patience while our teams worked quickly to correct the error.
